I have been involved in football since the age of 6 playing for my school and then local clubs in England. When I stopped playing at the age of 26, due to injuries, I then got involved in coaching football and have had experience coaching in the USA (Florida) and England. I am an A-licensed coach and have completed my coaching qualifications in the USA and England.
I have coached from U5 to adults and throughout my coaching career have coached at many different levels from entry-level to professional academies. I have worked with English Premier League clubs and bring a lot of their player-focused development principles to how our leagues are run. I started the Junior Premier League in England in 2011 to give players from U7 to U18, both boys and girls, opportunities to thrive in football and reach their maximum potential.
As part of my role as the CEO of the Junior Premier League, I work very closely with the Football Association in England and have presented at National Conferences on youth development and Internationally in Geneva on how to create youth soccer leagues aimed at developing players. My passion for football is all about how to give players the best environment in which they can develop to their full potential.
